  1. i am all fitnessy but love to help others love their bodies…every woman has a beauty about her body. yours is beautiful and so is your attitude and whole vibe. happy to follow.

  2. I’ve been on the receiving end of those comments all to often. I remember sitting at a bar once with a tank top on, and a random guy started laughing at me and making these “big muscle”
gestures. I asked him what the hell he was doing, and he referred to me as big, like a wrestler, but it was a compliment, he said…yeah sure buddy. Im 5’10” and at the time was only about 180 lbs…which ain’t that big at my height. Still, i will never forget it..even after i gained 60 lbs with my daughter, and lost most of it the hard way(diet and exercise with resilience and pride), i still remember the ridicule. People treat me like some Amazon freak, and im not even the tallest chick i know…and im pretty damn hot, too. I don’t know why society says we should all be petite and tiny and uber-feminine(which most days i wish i was) but now i have a tall, gorgeous, blonde daughter that will be taller and stronger than i ever was, so i need to start accepting the body mother nature gave me, and inspire her to love her tall, strong body…. and this blog post was an awesome inspiration. Thank You.
